 Meet Chris Peisher

 

Chris Peisher began his real estate investing career in 2005. Since then, he has participated as a principal in hundreds of transactions buying, rehabbing, renting and selling residential real estate. He has been a wholesaler, rehabber, retail seller and hard money lender but his primary passion is long-term, single family rental houses. He started his business trying to keep the “end in mind” by building both a rental portfolio and management system that has enabled him to live his best dream life with his wife Sara and their four children.

About Chris Peisher

Chris Peisher began his real estate investing career in 2005. Since then he has participated as a principal in hundreds of transactions buying, rehabbing, renting and selling residential real estate. He has been a wholesaler, rehabber, retail seller and hard money lender but his primary activity is long-term, single family rental houses. He started his business trying to keep the “end in mind” by building both a rental portfolio and management system that enable him to live his best dream life with his wife Sara and four children.

Chris and his family spend more than two months each year traveling the country in their RV, "Falcor", and enjoy visiting the National Parks and anywhere else the great outdoors has a view or an experience to offer. He built his entire business while maintaining a full-time job and knows the demands that working a 9 to 5 job places on the average investor and family. Every aspect of his business has been fine-tuned to automate as many processes as possible, standardize workflows and produce checklists to hand off to part-time employees or virtual assistants.
